These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with Minorities receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience.

African American Chamber of CommerceThe organization is organized and operates to assist African American businesses in the greater Milwaukee area. Many minority-owned businesses lack the information; resources and the necessary business acumen needed to survive in a competitive market. We believe it is extremely critical that minority-owned businesses are given the opportunity and resources to create jobs and provide needed goods and services in the City of Milwaukee and surrounding areas.

CybernetThe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin was incorporated in 1972 as a non-profit business organization. The HCCW creates, expands and diversifies small and Hispanic-owned businesses in Wisconsin with a strong focus in the Milwaukee Metro area. The HCCW provides educational and technical resources, fosters economic exchange between the business and corporate sectors, and promotes a network for political issues, community affairs and opportunities for the Hispanic population and community at large.

Esperanza Unida, Inc.

Esperanza Unida, Inc.Esperanza Unida provides counseling, representation, job training, and job placement to minority, injured, and unemployed workers in the Milwaukee area. The focus is on jobs that pay family-supporting wages. This is done through training businesses and support services. Through these programs, jobs are created and unemployed workers are trained and placed in the work environment with competitive wages. We serve people from the entire Milwaukee area-placing an emphasis on the social and economic concerns of the local Latino community.

La Casa De EsperanzaWorkforce Development provides assistance to individuals in securing adequate employment to maintain their families. Services include career counseling, English as a Second Language instruction, remedial education, skills assessment, interviewing and application assistance, and job shadowing. Eligible applicants are assisted in the application and interviewing process and case managed for at least six months following placement to monitor outcomes.
