Schedule Details:Monday thru Friday 8:00-1630. Onsite leadership position. On-Call AOC rotation for Home Care & Hospice Agency average of every 6 weeks.

What You Will Do:

Operates at the department level with local oversight, reports to the Manager of Clinical Services and is responsible for day to day operations of AngelsGrace Hospice and Hospice in Hospital programs. Responsibilities include department CQI activities which increase efficiency of work flow and improve customer and overall satisfaction. Also responsible for the supervision of patient care services and operational functions of assigned areas to meet goals and objectives in accordance with its standards, policies and regulatory compliance requirements. Responsible for implementing system wide quality, service, business development strategies as well as identifying and developing market specific growth strategies for product line, services and geographic area
