Purpose

  • The Senior Project Coordinator will build and maintain trusting relationships with cross-division teams and internal and external clients, in the administration of multiple projects and:
  • Provides essential supports, coordination, and direction to multiple projects, designing and implementing internal processes to ensure optimal communication and high quality and timely completion of project tasks,
  • Coordinate, implement, lead and support functions for an assigned department(s), program(s), or projects,
  • Leads continuous quality improvement and increased efficiency on all assigned projects,
  • Monitors to ensure contract compliance and protocols with relevant local, federal, and state requirements and
  • Independently prepares work products, including reports and presentations.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted)
  • 4 years' relevant work experience

Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities and/or Competencies

  • Advanced MS Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)
  • Strong project management skills - Application of program and project management theory and practice, including project management software (MS Project)
  • Organizational skills to lead project work within the department
  • Customer focus and relationship management with internal/external partners, team members and stakeholders
  • Able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels including presenting ideas, problem solving, and workflow improvements
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple, simultaneous tasks in a team environment
  • Prioritize multiple projects, work under deadlines, and produce work with a minimum of errors
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments within scope of responsibility
  • Ability to compose, edit and complete documentation that is grammatically correct and error-free
  • Proficient in Teams, Zoom & virtual meetings
  • Demonstrates discipline in maintaining procedures, standards, and schedules until they are improved or discontinued
  • Ability to track, understand and execute various communication styles and preferences based on external partner preferences and needs, independently communicate with external partners to achieve project deliverables and timelines.

Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead projects, including the creation and update of workplans; internal and external meeting scheduling, agenda creation and dissemination, meeting minute creation; project progress reports, deliverable submission and timeline monitoring
  • Develop and maintain project management tools
  • Interacts with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure all project and contract related records and business sensitive information are developed, distributed, handled, retrieved, and archived appropriately.
  • Develops and maintains project templates, tools, and other materials (e.g. presentations, meeting materials, reports)
  • Independently outreach to and interact with and track various external partners' participation in Comagine Health-led initiatives, including distribution lists, material generation and document/resource management
  • Collaborate with external partners on the generation and dissemination of project resources
  • Independently create and maintain file sharing platforms to support external initiatives
  • Preparation of documents in Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio documents, etc.

Anticipated travel and/or use personal vehicle for business purposes.

Compensation Range based in part by geographical location of candidate.

$65,000 - $85,000.
