Position Details
As aSecurity & Loss Prevention Business Partner you will be responsible for investigations of alleged criminal, ethical, or other activity across all departments by employees or non-employees. You will have project management responsibilities for a variety of security and loss prevention programs across a range of Grainger locations (screening operations, guard force management and physical security systems). In addition to the Security and Loss Prevention Department, you will work with representatives of Compliance, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, and Fraud to ensure the delivery of complete investigations and security solutions. This position has responsibility for our West region branches as well as Call Centers, Sales Offices, Corporate Buildings and Tech centers where applicable.
CompensationThis position is salaried and will pay between $78,200.00 - $130,400.00 and will include an annual cash bonus of 5%. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to a candidates experience, qualifications, geography, and internal equity.
