Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility.

Shift: 1st shift flexible 7 am to 5 pm with the ability to flex when needed for staff training.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the facilitation of training for Froedtert and MCW Patient Engagement Center (EPEC) staff. This includes EPEC (Enterprise Patient Engagement Center) departmental onboarding, EPEC (Enterprise Patient Engagement Center) core skills, customer experience, call flow, technologies, and standardized workflows for multiple service lines. Evaluates the needs and current practices and creates and delivers a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Two (2) years of training experience required.

One (1) year of healthcare experience required.

One (1) year of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) required.

Epic Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's Degree in related field required. In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, an Associate's Degree in related field and an additional two (2) years of directly related work experience may be considered.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

Two (2) years of experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.

Effective interpersonal communication and writing skills.

Must have a high degree of comfort and ability in communicating and presenting to diverse audiences of various sizes.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Epic certification/licensure preferred
