Job Summary

Primary role is to handle phone calls in a fast-paced, multi-channel contact center from our agency partners requesting changes to business policies/accounts. Will also assist with processing change requests received via email. May also assist with: other miscellaneous phone requests, processing tasks out of an assigned work queues and/or other projects as assigned, all while meeting service level expectations. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

**Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm - position is on site at our West Bend, WI corporate office

Demonstrates effective organizational skills with the ability to make good common-sense decisions while balancing multiple tasks.

Preferred Experience and Skills

    Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in call center, reception work, retail
  • Data entry skills
  • Knowledge of personal computers
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Telephone skills

Preferred Education and Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
