We are seeking a Learning and Development Partner - Remote. The position will support organizational growth and effectiveness. You will build Hanger employees' knowledge and skills by facilitating group sessions, supporting learners and developing learning solutions and content. We use a variety of methods such as in-person facilitation, virtual learning (Teams), and providing post-training support of learners (on-location and through remote methods such as Teams, phone, and email).

Your efforts will empower measurable results aligned with Hanger's purpose, vision, and values. Using your expertise, you will create change and learning with focused, engaging, practical, learning solutions which include real world activities, demonstrations, easy-to-follow job aids, and live follow-up with learners. May require up to 25% - 30% domestic travel.

Your Impact

We provide remote learning and development solutions, and in this pivotal role you will:

    Deliver solutions and support learners (in-person and remotely) using various tools and methods, such as classroom facilitated sessions, virtual facilitated learning, interactions using Teams, etc.
  • Provide Hanger team member with an exceptional on-boarding experience by supporting their learning about Hanger workflow, NextGen, and about other important aspects of working at and navigating Hanger
  • Collaborate with various Project Managers, SMEs, and business leaders, and teammates, ensuring timely and seamless delivery of learning content and events
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development Partners, Instructional Designers, and field colleagues, ensuring employees learnings are supported and applied day-to-day
  • Measure a variety of outcomes by building, administering, and analyzing valid assessments
  • When a skill or knowledge gap is detected, partner with the business leader, and/or HR colleagues, determine a course of action, and construct solutions by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Listen to and summarize feedback from learning events, providing insight for consistently improved efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Demonstrate the business value of our solutions, and adjust learning content and/or delivery based on assessment data and feedback
  • Collaborate with, and share your expertise and ideas with the HR team as we continuously improve
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
    • 2 years of related experience
  • 5+ years of facilitation experience - combination of classroom and virtual formats preferred

  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
  • Certification in facilitation techniques or adult learning theory
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay range of $62,300 to $73,000 annually + annual bonus: up to 8% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
