The VP of Operations and Supply Chain leads all aspects of developing and executing the global manufacturing, continuous improvement, logistics, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and safety for the company.Provides leadership and direction to achieve best in class safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.Reporting to CPC's President, the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain is a key member of the senior management team and will partner with cross-functional leadership to drive continued growth in revenue, profit, employee engagement and organizational capability.

Having the innate capacity to balance being both strategic and tactical will be key to job satisfaction and success. Essential Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly and indirectly supervises employees in the Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Safety, Logistics and other global departments.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
