Summary

Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligencedivision is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa Territories.The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to sell to new and existing customers to sell both Cabinet Vision and Alphacam, and work closely with the Customer Service Partner to provide the best service to customers and prospects.

Description:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to sell to new and existing customers to sell both Cabinet Vision and Alphacam, and work closely with the Customer Service Partner to provide the best service to customers and prospects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Solicit new customers and partner with existing customers to sell complete product line, maintaining a minimum monthly individual sales volume that supports territorial sales quota.
  • Comply with and complete all required documentation and/or correspondence associated with the sales process as well as any other documentation or correspondence required.
  • Ability to learn how to effectively use various software packages.
  • Demonstrates leadership by leading, influencing, and energizing others, and takes pride in work and always displays enthusiasm and passion about their work.
  • Oral and written communication skills, including the ability to understand oral and written communication; to produce effective oral and written communication for such purposes as communicating with superiors, peers, customers, and shippers; summarizing information and producing timely oral and written reports for superiors.
  • The ability to drive/ride/travel 50% of the time.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge of woodworking, kitchen cabinetry, or commercial store fixtures a plus.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows operating system and general computer proficiency is required.
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are required. Must possess the ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
