Engineering Change Coordinator PLM

We are looking for an Engineering Change Coordinator PLM who will report to the Engineering Team Project Manager , and who'll be tasked with monitoring and updating engineering requests, authorizations, changes, and communication. As part of your role, you'll be managing all aspects of IT changes.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the Engineer Change notice process at Manitou for legacy and new product (Google, Windchill, CSI, CPQ)

  • Create and maintain the Item Master in CSI for new and existing parts

  • Enter process plans for made-in-house parts

  • Support engineering, production, purchasing and after-sales with BOM questions

  • Manage the annual model year roll over of BOM's

  • Make necessary data changes in CPQ

  • Perform job reviews

  • Manually modify jobs to correct for errors or changes

  • Create service BOM's for Service Repair Orders

  • Support other order-to-delivery processes

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Facilitate product changes between Product / Design Engineers, Manufacturing / Process Engineers and Production (Operations, Materials, Scheduling) Personal.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3-5 years experience or 5-6 years experience in an Engineering position in a Manufacturing environment.

  • 1-2 years experience overseeing Engineering Change Management

  • 3-5 years Experience working in CSI or similar ERP system (SAP, etc).

  • Experience in maintaining complex manufactured Products.

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD softwares.

Preferred

  • 7-10 years experience in an Engineering position within a Manufacturing environment

  • Windchill or other PLM experience

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word,)

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
