NATURE AND SCOPE
This role reports to the Manager, Indirect Loan Post Closing. The Indirect Loan Post Closing Coordinator is a vital part of the Consumer Loan Fulfillment department and is responsible for assisting members and our dealership partners with their indirect lending applications. This role will also be responsible for processing, verification of the dealer finance contracts and loan disbursements in a timely manner and will serve as a liaison between Consumer Loan Fulfillment and its dealer network. This role will support the non-equity loans for Autos, Boats, RVs, Motorcycles, Powersports (i.e., Snowmobiles, ATVs) and support new product lines for Indirect Lending.


REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or equivalent and minimum one year of loan operations experience preferred.
2. Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
4. Must display attention to detail with names and numbers.
5. Understanding of dealership contracts.
6. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Contacts dealerships on incomplete files and provide timely follow-up to ensure all loan documents are received to complete the funding process.
2. Verifies, funds, books, and maintains indirect dealer loans from application through payoff, working within the required Service Level and Key Performance Indicators.
3. Enters member information and new loan data into Landmark's data processing software.
4. Converts all document media sources into electronic images to import into Landmark Credit Union's imaging system from various vender systems
5. Corresponds with dealers and member through the use of all communication methods, such as phone calls, written correspondence, and vendor software.
6. Cross-trained on the Dealer Reserve System software.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
