Due to growth, we are adding this Proposal Analyst, Clinical Services to our Clinical Services department

We are unable to offer remote work to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

The Proposal Analyst, Clinical Services will manage and coordinate the execution of the clinical communications within the Clinical Services Division. Working with various products, and serving as subject matter expert, the Analyst will plan, implement, and evaluate marketing and outreach efforts to achieve their program goals and positive health outcomes. This will include ensuring the timely and flawless execution of clinical communication and overseeing quality assurance of all external communications.

This role will work with product and program leaders to create and enhance communications related to member experience, client proposals, sales, client retention, and lead generation. This role will work with Clinical Services leadership to assess the effectiveness of communication, draft internal communications, and develop communication plans to achieve our strategic goals. This role requires strategic thinking, project management skills, and will require the Analyst to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Clinical Services Division programs.

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Create and update sales and proposal content to effectively communicate our programs in unique and exciting ways.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for clinical program promotions that help meet business objectives and increase the sale of programs to clients.
  • Manage the creation of content of physical and electronic promotional material for web, social media, events, and clinical newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to achieve project goals that require Marketing Team resources or expertise.
  • Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines and logos and apply brand templates to materials drafted by others.
  • Refine presentations and content for product and division leaders in advance of delivering that content to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Constantly comb through established content for opportunities to strengthen, enhance, and clarify the message.
  • Oversee the accuracy, organization, and formatting of sales library content to keep the proposal knowledgebase current, competitive, and usable by the proposal team.
  • Create, contribute to, and maintain marketing strategies for the programs within the Clinical Services Division.
  • Gain an understanding of our programs, their competitive advantages, and the industry landscape.
  • Work with fulfillment vendors to ensure the goals of materials are being met and quality standards are being met or exceeded.

What our team expects from you?

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, and/or commensurate proposal management experience required.
  • Minimum of three years' experience with the following:
  • Creating and editing sales/marketing content.
  • Developing and implementing complex winning business strategies, while incorporating a consultative-sales approach
  • Delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where tight time frames and strict deadlines are the norm.
  • Strategic proposal content and development and project management experience or similar related experience
  • Managing vendor relationships.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
