Job Description

PositionHighlights:

*Position:Advanced Practice Provider - Medical Group Internal Medicine

*Location:1000 Central Street, Evanston, IL

*Full Time/Part Time:Full-time, 40 hours per week

*Hours:Days, Hours vary upon the need of the practice

What you will need:

*License:Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant Licensure (PA) in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required

*Education:Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred.

*Certification:BLS/CPR certification required

*Experience:Prior APN/PA experience required; Experience in Adult Medicine, ER, Internal Medicine, or Hospitalist Medicine preferred, but all encouraged to apply as we are willing to train the right candidate.

What you will do:

*Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease

*Provide patient educationto promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.

*Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams
