As Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting administrative functions related to training and the employee development of Sierra Space employees. You will update and maintain electronic employee training records in Cornerstone (Learning Management System), and Workday while maintaining data integrity by performing frequent data audits. You will also serve as a resource to employees regarding training policies and procedures, responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner. You will have the additional responsibility of scheduling and coordinating trainings and company orientations.

***This role will be on-site in our Broomfield, CO office and is not a remote or hybrid role***

Sierra Space-based in Louisville, CO with operations in Madison, WI, Durham, NC, Huntsville, AL, Houston, TX, and Kennedy Space Center, FL-designs and manufactures the Dream Chaser spaceplane and other advanced spacecraft, commercial space destinations, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers, and international organizations.

Must Haves:

  • High school diploma and typically 0 - 2 years, or more, of related work experience., higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in a support role within Learning and Development or other HR or Administrative function.
  • Experience with data entry.
  • Background working in a training support or other HR function.
  • Experience with Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience with Workday or other HR management systems.
  • Understanding of process improvement and audit procedures and techniques.
  • Experience with training activity reporting.
  • Knowledge and experience with process documentation.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:

$24.39 - $36.58

Sierra Space offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
