Job Description

Machinery Sales Engineer needed for New Berlin, company! In this role, you'll be responsible for direct sales of industrial machinery, and building customer relationships. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction and sales. $70,000-$80,000 a year + benefits  

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer experience. 

  • Process customer purchase orders and execute contract reviews. 

  • Manage customer complaints and returns, ensuring timely resolutions. 

  • Develop and deliver customer quotations, with support from the engineering department. 

  • Maintain marketing efforts for trade shows, website, and social media. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum four years' experience in a customer service role supporting manufactured goods sales. 

  • Associate's Degree, with preference for a background in Science, Engineering, or Business. 

  • Experience with Lean/Continuous improvement methodologies. 

  • Strong customer service aptitude and relationship-building skills. 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing. 

  • Familiarity with large-scale ERP systems. 

  • Minimum five years' experience selling industrial equipment/machinery. 

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. 

  • Valid driver’s license and passport preferred.
