Our Pneumatic Tool Technician will be responsible for providing complete cable tie assembly tool system support and service. This will be achieved by assembling, testing, and documenting new tools and repairing returned tools as quickly as possible.

What You Will Do:

• Build, repair, and test pneumatic tools to achieve the highest level of customer service possible.
• Use computer software JDE to complete the entire assembly process.
• Maintain tool records and work orders.
• Work with the Engineering department on new tool designs and/or design improvements.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Monitor stock levels and supplies; Notify the manager and the Purchasing department of any concerns.
• Complete necessary work orders to fulfill orders and/or maintain stocking levels.
• Offer suggestions or ideas on new products, new tools, or department procedures.
• Train and lead others in the essential functions of the position.

Success in this role will require: (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Good eye / hand coordination.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Willing to work overtime as necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
