Responsible for the safe operation and timely installation and/or tear downs of modular furniture (office/cubicle furniture) on office relocations. This also includes duties such as packing up, loading, staging, and unloading modular furniture for safe relocation.

Responsible for the safe operation and timely installation and/or tear downs of modular furniture (office/cubicle furniture) on office relocations. This also includes duties such as packing up, loading, staging, and unloading modular furniture for safe relocation.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds with a team
- Need to have a flexible schedule – work during normal working hours as well as occasional evenings, weekends, and out of town work.
- High school diploma, or GED equivalent.
- Must have knowledge of hand tools
- Knowledge of blueprint reading is a plus
- Must own and maintain tools in proper safe working order.
- Allen headset (hex key set)
- Flat head screwdriver
- Claw Hammer
- Set of open-end wrenches that include ¼, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, ½, 9/16, 5/8, and at least one set of extension
- Pliers
- Utility Knife and spare blades
- Tape measure – 25 ft min.
- Pry bar
- Torpedo Level – magnetic preferred
- Heads, socket adaptor or nut driver, torx bits (star shape) and square bit heads
- Vise grips
- Cordless drill, spare battery, and charger
- Drill bits ¼, and 1/8 inch sizes
- Screwdriver bits
- Robber mallet or dead blow hammer
- Socket set
