Batching Operator (Setup Department)
Starting Rate: $17 - 18 /hour
Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Shift: 2nd shift (1:00pm - 9:00pm
Position Summary: The Batching Operator is responsible for working off batch tickets to pull and weigh raw materials as necessary to set up for the blending department production. Sit down forklift and RF scanner gun experience is preferred, but will train this person.

- Must be very thorough with weights and measurements, good math skills
- Basic knowledge of consumer goods or food products packaging
- Help stage and set up materials for blenders, working as a helper, physical position, some heavy lifting up to 100 lb bags of food ingredients, (work in teams of 3)
- Use forklift for loading product, (prior forklift experience is preferred.)
- Collective required product from storage racks, load onto pallets and deliver to production
- Experienced with RF bar code systems
