Job Description
Consultants for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the US (HQ: Chicago, IL). Assist in the creation and maintenance of model risk management policies, procedures, and guides establishing and reinforcing the model risk management framework. Collect and maintain all supporting model documentation from model developers for validation. Review and challenge model development documentation and validation reports for compliance with model risk management policies, procedures, and guides. Respond to client model documentation requests. Maintain the model inventory including recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate. Create and publish all necessary internal and external model risk management reporting. Develop, maintain, and present model risk management training materials to key stakeholders. Drafting model architecture requirements. Develop Rmarkdown template to automate model documentation creation including drafting architecture requirements, setting up yaml structure, and creating targets programming. Build an Adverse Action Rshiny web application dashboard to analyze the prevalence and changes time series of Adverse Action. Technical environment: SQL, Python, Tableau, quantitative risk analysis, R, machine learning techniques, Power BI, knowledge of the financial industry (risk control, audit), financial resources allocation, financial metric reporting, building data pipelines, designing virilization and setting up viewer permission, automating data quality control processes.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field plus one year of experience in Business Analytics required. Required skills: SQL, Python, Tableau, quantitative risk analysis, R, machine learning techniques, Power BI, knowledge of the financial industry (risk control, audit), financial resources allocation, financial metric reporting, building data pipelines, designing virilization and setting up viewer permission, automating data quality control processes.
