The successful candidate:
Hours: Per Diem - Every other Saturday 7am - 11am plus on-call coverage on evenings/weekends/holidays*
*This is not a full-time position. Flexibility is required to cover shifts as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients to produce quality x-ray images for patients of all ages. Provides DEXA imaging while fostering a caring environment
Promote radiation safety for patients and coworkers of all ages.
Demonstrate safe and effective patient care.
Assemble and maintain imaging records
Operates X-Ray, DEXA and C-arm equipment to produce quality imaging while properly following regulatory requirements and radiation safety protocols.
Perform procedural clinical documentation and enter supply charges.
Requirements:
Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
Licensed in the State of Illinois (IEMA)
A.R.R.T. Registered
BLS/ CPR Certification Required
