This is a system-wide leadership position responsible for supporting the 340B Drug Pricing Program Director.

This position is a Drug Pricing Program Pharmacist - 340B. This position will work Monday - Friday; 8 hour shifts. Start between 730/8 am mountain time. No holiday/weekends.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy, Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (education will be verified).
  • 3 or more years health-system pharmacy experience required
  • License to practice pharmacy in any U.S. State
  • License to dispense controlled substances in any State
  • Experience in a role requiring excellent planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Experience in a role requiring skills related to balancing clinical, regulatory and financial goals and outcomes and collaborating with all levels within an organization.
  • Experience in a role requiring excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy licensure in Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, or Utah
  • Master's Degree from an accredited school (degree will be verified), preferably in Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
  • - or -
  • Experience in teaching and training pharmacy programs
  • - or -
  • Knowledge of health system operations (previous pharmacy leadership role; MHA, significant experience) and how pharmacy intersects
  • - or -
  • Previous experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program
  • - or -
  • Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate
  • Ambulatory care or community pharmacy background

This position will be fully remote with rare exception of travel to a care site under audit at directors' discretion. Travel expenses would be paid.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$59.27 - $87.11
