Mustang Rental Services, a division of Mustang Cat, is looking for a qualified Sales Manager to provide overall leadership and management for Mustang's rental sales team. This includes time and territory management, prospecting, call report review, lost rental review, new account openings, collections, dispute resolution, and equipment demonstrations.

Rental Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage one of four Rental Sales Team
• Pass sales and rental leads to assigned sales reps through CRM, Dodge Reports, etc.
• Evaluate performance of assigned sales team
• Ensure we continuously deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Organize training opportunities for sales skills and product knowledge
• Work with sales reps to handle escalated collection disputes
• Focus efforts to grow the business with new customers and local contractors
• Work closely with Branch Managers
• Set individual goals and targets for sales reps

As the Rental Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the sales efforts of the Rental Outside Sales team in pursuit of increased rental and sales revenues, improved market share and profitability.

Rental General Sales Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or related field
• 5 years of industry sales/sales Management experience
• Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education requirements
• Strong customer-first focus
• Proficient with Integrated Rental, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
• Professional communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated successful sales leadership experience
• Think outside the box and handle high-pressure situations
• Ability to motivate sales representatives to increase market share
• Negotiation experience
