Purpose of the Job

As the Marketing organization continues to grow, we're looking for a Naming Producer to join the Creative Department. The Creative Department designs and supports product and program identities, builds marketing campaigns, creates product launch assets, and develops collateral for internal and external events.

The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver and project manager that has an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Additionally, the Naming Producer must be a strong, clear communicator, a team player, and have a proven ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver world-class creative work.

This role is based remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end creative and strategic development process for all consumer facing names including products, services, colors, and features
  • Enforce and maintain naming standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure naming consistency across all touchpoints
  • Manage the global database and associated documentation for all consumer facing names
  • Own the production for campaign creative copy development/distribution
  • Manage copy creative review process across internal creative and marketing resources
  • Enforce accountability for creative deliverables as mapped to planned activities
  • Manage scheduling and execution of creative programs through collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Drive multiple projects and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results oriented environment
  • Ability to implement process and organize a high volume of copy assets across all stages of creation
  • Ability to navigate and liaise with various departments across creative and operations
  • Implement and maintain a structured library of copy content
  • Partner with teams to traffic copy and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained for all deliverables
  • Identify needs and resolve issues, in partnership with appropriate discipline leads

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • 5-7 years of Integrated Production, Copy Production or Project Management
  • Experience in the creative/marketing industry or related professional services environment
  • Experience and familiarity with contributions needed on copy docs
  • Have a solid understanding of copy and localization
  • Managing creative is both an art and a science and you believe you speak the language of both fluently while understanding how to navigate the gray areas
  • Recognize and implement process improvements to create a more efficient workflow
  • Strength to build bridges and balance needs and priorities across design, content and production
  • Proven experience driving integrated campaigns from start to successful delivery, on schedule, within specification and budget
  • Experience supporting successful product launches across a range of business units
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional and cross-channel workflows
  • Understand XFN communication, management of scope and ability to prioritize with ease and grace
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, responsiveness, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment, with the capability to maintain a sense of zen and positivity when directives are shifting, as well as share that calm with all around you
  • Ability to flexibly thrive in ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced, deadline driven, rapidly changing work environment
