Job Title: Assembly, Test, and Shipping Technician
Company: Lakewood Instruments
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm; Monday – Friday)
Pay: $20-$22 per hour, depending upon experience

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, process, organize, and store stockroom inventory.
- Assemble products using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools.
- Solder and wire components to electrical control panels.
- Perform final test and quality inspections for finished products to ensure specifications and QA standards.
- Pack and ship products after final test.
- Assist in customer support for order entry, basic troubleshooting, and applications support.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Providing insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Requires the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be reliable and work both collaboratively and independently.
- An electronics background is preferred.
- Experience with word, office, excel.
