THE HIGH LEVEL

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing for the National Institute of Health a complex large-scale migration fromHumanify Enterprise platform to Webex Contact Center Enterprise for Government within the Civilian government space. Once migrated the Project Manager will support the Operations Management of the cloud environment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Direct Iron Bow and subcontractor resources and manage project to include planning/scheduling, risk management and mitigation processes, deliverables management, stakeholder communications, regular status reporting, documentation, etc.
  • Provide monthly forecasts and financial management, including forecasting monthly, profit/loss analysis, identifying potential budget overruns or underruns.
  • Understand and apply the Iron Bow PM Methodology processes and procedures
  • Provide project status reports, monitor and track entire project lifecycle, leverage Project reporting tools and be accountable for overall project success. This includes full financial assessment and responsibility of project profitability.
  • Ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within scope, schedule, resource and quality parameters, as defined within the executed Statement of Work and/or Customer Contract.
  • Assess client business and technical objectives, determine deliverables, evaluate risk and execute projects.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Additional duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • You've been responsible for managing large scale unified communications solutions including Webex Contact Center Enterprise and other contact center integrations, such as WFO, outbound services, and digital channels
  • You've vast experience (7-10 years) applying project management principles and practices in a technical setting.
  • You've spent your career doing IT deployments (it probably goes without saying... you'll need the ability to get a clearance)
  • Adhering to regulations and performance obligations within contractual agreements is just another day on the job for you.
  • Your program financial literacy skills are impressive (budget, revenue/margin).
  • You possess strong executive presence, polish, communication skills and emotional intelligence. (C-level presentations are probable.)
  • People naturally gravitate to you and want to work for you. Leadership is your middle name.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • We'd love it if you had your PMP and/or ITIL certs

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position has a strong preference for candidates based in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and may require 20% travel as well as an expectation of after-hours work as needed, for implementation deployment tasks, cutover tasks, etc.
