Bliffert Lumber is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities:
Accurate Billing Mastery: Prepare and review intricate project billings with precision and efficiency.
Payment Processing Pro: Collect and post payments associated with project billings, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
Profit/Loss Wizardry: Summarize and report project profit/loss analysis, providing invaluable insights for strategic decision-making.
Organizational Guru: Update and maintain project-based billing & collection schedules to keep operations running smoothly.
Reconciliation Expert: Perform meticulous account reconciliations, leaving no stone unturned.
Customer Relations Extraordinaire: Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies while nurturing strong relationships with our valued customers.
Collaboration Champion: Collaborate closely with internal and external sales representatives, fostering teamwork and synergy.
Flexibility and Initiative: Be ready to tackle any other duties and responsibilities as requested or required, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Skills & Education:
Educational Backbone: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field lays the foundation for success.
Experience Counts: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable ensures you hit the ground running.
Excel Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is a must.
Organizational Prowess: Excellent organizational and time management skills keep you on top of your game.
Detail-Oriented: A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is your trademark.
