Job Description

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Customer Service Representative II
  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, days-9am-5:30pm.

What you will need:

-HS Diploma or equivalent

-Previous successful experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Clinical Laboratory or related Health Care field preferred.

What you will do:

Employee provides telephone support (inbound/outbound calls) for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine for but not limited to -

  • Laboratory test results
  • Laboratory orders
  • Supply requests
  • Courier requests
  • Specimen collection inquires
  • Trouble shooting
  • Scheduling Laboratory appointment
