Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the deployment of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation.


This is a one year consulting position during the duration of the implementation process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ERP implementation project from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
  • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP project management.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with ERP software and understanding of business processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
