Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

  • Provide administrative support in a variety of settings such as a hospital or administrative department, clinic, unit/area; and/or members of a management team.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of program and project related activities, which may include collaboration with multiple business leaders on a routine basis.

Education:

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred -

  • Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
  • Previous experience in a health care setting.
