Job Description

Position Title: HR Generalist

Wage: Based on Experience

An HR Generalist job in Germantown, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of recruiting. In this position, candidates will complete full-cycle recruitment, participate in job fairs, conduct new hire onboarding, and partner with the hiring manager to develop recruiting strategies. This position will also assist with employee relations, act as a resource for employee questions and concerns, and improve employee engagement.

HR Generalist job responsibilities include:
- Complete full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring applicable candidates
- Participate in onsite and offsite job fairs
- Conduct new hire onboarding and benefit administration
- Develop recruiting strategies with the hiring manager
- Assist with employee relations
- Act as a resource for employee questions and concerns
- Develop plans to improve employee engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong recruiting experience
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, ATS systems and HRIS systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
