Main duties:
- Identify financial explanations behind multiple branches' performances.
Monthly statement review and analysis of statements by location to identify trends, patterns, margins, etc.
Preparation and distribution of key metrics reports..
- Review and reconciliation of a variety of accounts.
Participate in the Month-End and Year-End closing process.
Identify and reconcile issues as identified with a sense of urgency.
Gather information and contribute to the successful completion of annual audit and other audits as needed.
- Ensure on-time and accurate filing of tax returns.
Run reports, validate and file biweekly Federal Excise and monthly State tax returns for a multi-entity/multi-state organization.
- Prepares and distributes all internal and external financial reports
Ensure that statements are presented fairly and in accordance with GAAP
Distribute statements internally to all management and externally to banks, lending institutions and franchise partners

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of 1 years of accounting experience preferred
- CPA preferred
