Dematic has an immediate need for a financial business partner supporting global shared service functions. The position will provide strategic & controlling oversight for the global functional teams and will require direct interaction supporting senior leadership. The preferred relevant experience is 4-6 years, however the level of the position is flexible for strong candidates. This position will have broad exposure to various other functions and Global FP&A within Dematic's organization.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$65,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Lead planning and reporting of Global Shared Services functions, with the creation of consolidated dashboards and KPI overviews for expenses and capital

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly business review presentations along with explanations of variances and trends to global leadership on their P&Ls

  • Manage the production of the functions' annual budgets and forecasts in conjunction with global leadership, local regional finance controllers, and the FP&A team

  • Perform quality control for consolidation of managerial reporting for Global Function leadership

  • Serve as a Finance business partner to Functions' leaders

  • Other ad hoc as assigned for value-add analysis

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required with a major in Finance or Accounting

  • 4-6+ years in progressive financial analysis experience is required

  • High degree of motivation, intelligence, independent worker mindset with a detail orientation

  • Strong communication skills, with high level of professionalism and a detail orientated mindset

  • Ability to work remotely from others on Finance team

  • Should be a team player with the ability to develop solid working relationships across multiple levels

  • Advanced MS Excel user with working knowledge of pivot tables formulas, and graphs

  • Strong working experience with Oracle Smartview or similar application required

  • Experience working in a global organization with use of multiple currencies is preferred

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10% travel requirements

  • Some international travel may be required
