Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM or 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Perioperative Services and the Director of Inpatient Services at East Madison Hospital.
  • Support the administrative duties of onboarding new leaders and staff within perioperative services and inpatient nursing.
  • Create agendas, take meeting minutes, and develop presentations.
  • Maintain vacation calendars, paging lists and other documents.

Education:

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred - Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
