Position Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the Quality Lead SSC with improving and maintaining the quality of the CLTS program. As Quality Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Curative Care Network adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that the quality of the CLTS program is monitored and evaluated. Your primary responsibility will be to review and ensure that all PAS's submitted are accurate.

Essential Functions:

Monitoring and Evaluation:

* Regularly review, and send for correction the PAS's submitted by each of the Leads in the CLTS Program.

* Upload all processed PAS to the approved PAS folder

* Ability to utilize word processing, electronic data entry systems, and other office equipment

* Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance or quality improvements

* Analyze data and reports to track compliance trends and identify potential areas of risk.

* Assist the Quality Lead with monitoring various quality benchmarks for the CLTS program

Risk Mitigation:

* Work closely with the Quality Lead, Director and Lead SSC's to identify and address quality opportunities

* Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure continuous improvement in compliance processes.

Training and Education:

* Assist with staff training an needed

Documentation and Reporting:

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality monitoring,

* Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting quality performance and areas for improvement.

Investigations and Remediation:

* Escalate reported quality concerns

* Recommend improvements to improve quality

Collaboration and Communication:

* Collaborate with Director to ensure a unified approach to quality.

* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding quality matters.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data entry

* Some experience in service coordination or case management documentation is preferred.

* Ability to communicate and work effectively in a positive manner with team members and clients.

* Strong organizational skills that will enable the individual to perform multiple, detail-oriented job functions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

* Experience working with persons with physical, intellectual/development disability or other limiting conditions preferred.

* Superior customer service skills, organizational abilities, and flexibility are key to succeed in this position.

Work conditions:

Sedentary, with some standing and walking on a regular basis. Various work settings subject to interruptions, moderate noise and other environmental conditions.
