Project Manager
 
CLIENT ASSOCIATION: Society of Pediatric Psychology, SPP
POSITION REPORTS TO: Executive Director, SPP
EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE STATUS: Exempt (.5 FTE, Minimum 37.5 hrs/week) 
 
GENERAL SUMMARY:  
Work closely with the Executive Director and Program and Education Manager to ensure successful marketing, communication, and supporting the implementation of client conferences, meetings and webinars. Provide administrative support as needed to aid in the achievement of client objectives.
 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (Minimum 37.5 hrs/week):
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage overarching SPP Calendar for all SPP activities;
  • Manage and implement SPP Communications Calendar for all SPP activities and announcements including website updates, emails and social media presence.
  • Manage general voicemails and info@ email account and respond to inquiries related to events, job postings and membership;
  • Manage membership process including database updates and tracking;
  • Process invoices, award and grant payments;
  • Provide general leadership and committee management including scheduling conference calls, writing and distributing minutes, etc.; 
  • Work as part of the SPP team in the overall management of the Society;
  • Work with committees and task forces as assigned;
  • Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REPORTS TO: Executive Director, IZFS
EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE STATUS: Exempt (.5 FTE, Minimum 37.5 hrs/week)
 
GENERAL SUMMARY:  
Work closely with the Executive Director and Meetings Manager to ensure successful marketing, communication, and supporting the implementation of client conferences, meetings and webinars. Provide administrative support as needed to various committees/work groups to aid in the achievement of objectives, including taking and distributing minutes.
 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (Minimum 37.5 hrs/week):
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage and implement IZFS Communications Calendar for all IZFS activities and announcements including website updates, emails and social media presence;
  • Manage the quarterly IZFS Newsletter;
  • Manage annual award and election processes;
  • Manage general voicemails and info@ email account and respond to inquiries related to events, job postings and membership;
  • Manage membership process including database updates and tracking;
  • Process invoices, award and grant payments;
  • Provide general leadership committee management including scheduling conference calls, coordinating meeting materials, writing and distributing minutes, etc.
  • Work as part of the IZFS team in the overall management of the association.
  • Work with committees as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
AMOUNT OF TRAVEL REQUIRED:
Approximately 2-3 weeks per year.
 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree, excellent organizational and communication skills.  Team player.  Ability to prioritize varied assignments and handle multiple projects.  Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Excel, iMIS and Microsoft Outlook. 
 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (lifting, packaging, etc..): 
Minimal lifting required – usually at meetings or while exhibiting. Ability to move quickly within meeting facilities.
 
*This position is located in downtown Milwaukee, WI and a minimum of two days onsite in the office (including Wednesday as an all-staff-in-office day) are a requirement of the role.
