EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire. RN/OT/PT/SLP is preferred.
