The Field Credit Specialist - Southeast US is responsible for managing the core floor planning activities and risks of an assigned dealer portfolio including specialized management of certain workout accounts. In addition to completing & coordinating floorplan inventory audits for large multi-location CNHI Dealers, core responsibilities include facilitating improvement of a dealer's operational or financial weakness for future sustainability, inventory order management, controlling the day to day activity of a dealership and in some cases a retail end-user customer and minimizing a dealer's risk to our CNHI Capital Commercial Lending portfolio. The FCS will provide assistance to the other CNHI Capital departments including Retail Operations and Asset Remarketing. The individual will be working closely with our CNHI brand counterparts on order approvals, inventory management and developing action plans for the dealer to follow that ensure a positive outcome for all parties. The FCS will be required to provide detailed status updates to management, which may include determining the rational outcome of a dealer's short and long sustainability within the CNHI network.
