Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of both psychiatric and substance abuse principles and skills regarding diagnosis and treatment. Ability to work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Clinical versatility providing individual, couples and group counseling to a broad array of clients with diverse needs. Ability to respond to clinical and administrative emergencies. Education and experience in psychotherapy in an outpatient mental health setting.
Purpose
In the role of Social Worker II you will provide psychotherapy in the treatment of persons with mental health concerns, and participate as a member of an academic setting multidisciplinary team serving a diverse population.
