JOB SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this role is to support and drive the execution of the Manufacturing team's ever-evolving Manufacturing strategies. The dynamic nature of these strategies creates the need for equally dynamic individuals, who can seamlessly operate as both strategist and tactician, advisor and executor, technical specialist, and program manager. This challenging role will be a member of a central team with the goal of designing, deploying, and advancing digital systems, capabilities, and business processes to ultimately achieve a highly connected, operationally intelligent manufacturing environment across Prolec-GE Waukesha.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the Digital liaison to one or more Teams, including:

* Monitoring and driving program progress

* Providing guidance and coaching

* Sharing recommended practices

* Managing escalations

* Addressing technical and program questions

* Serve as 'capability owner' for select Digital Manufacturing capabilities, including:

* Becoming both the technology and business process expert for teams

* Understanding requirements and developing standards

* Managing development strategy of ongoing backlog and enhancements

* Facilitate and/or lead the development and deployment of one or more reports, dashboards, and other UI

* Companywide analytical platforms

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or 5-7 years' experience in a related field
• Strong planning and organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Strong manufacturing and supply chain business process knowledge and business acumen
• Exceptional ability to extract, distill, communicate, and teach complex business processes and requirements to all levels of the organization
• Excellent teamwork and communications skills
• Ability to manage several projects of varying complexity at one time
• Strong technical background combined with solid business experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education / Experience

• Associate's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or 5-7 years' experience in a related field

Preferred Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or 5-7 years' experience in a related field .
