As a Dental Hygienist, you will collaborate with the dental team to prioritize quality patient care. Responsibilities include diagnostics, comprehensive examinations, routine treatment procedures, education and demonstrations. In addition to providing excellent patient care, our hygienists focus on patient comfort, building solid rapport, and ensuring adherence to all infection control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, evaluating/treating periodontal disease, placing sealants, and providing options on preventative solutions for caries prevention and management.
• Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth
• Perform oral cancer screenings.
• Ability to co-treatment plan with DDS utilizing available technology.
• Providing dental health education about tooth and gum care
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Shift:

Monday through Thursday, 8-5pm

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the State of Wisconsin
