Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE day shift position. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM, no weekends required. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Join our team of pediatric and adolescent medicine physicians who provide a comprehensive approach to childcare from birth through adolescence.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.
  • Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.
  • Responsible for nurse visits, patient phone calls/messages, patient education, paperwork, rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting with procedures, injections and vaccines.

Education:

Minimum -

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program

Work Experience:

Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPN.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum -

  • Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure
  • CPR/BLS certification
