Job Description
Overview

Determines type and degree of hearing impairment and implements habilitation and rehabilitation services for patient by performing the following duties.


Education and Experience

Doctoral Degree in Audiology.


Certification/Licensure

Licensure as an audiologist.
Completion of CEUs for state licensure.


Special Physical Demands

The Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is required to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
