Hours: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week/ 9am-5pm)
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Program Coordinator for the Evanston campus.
Temporary Job Description:

* The Program Coordinator will provide direction to develop strategic administrative initiatives around student enrollment in SoC internship courses and other experiential learning initiatives. This includes oversight of academic year course schedule for the EPICS Internship Course, Senior Seminar and other curricular initiatives, monitors course registration & enrollments. Provides analysis and reports enrollment statistics to SoC leadership.

* Oversee marketing and communications efforts to effectively promote EPICS/OUPA events. This includes management of various social media channels, student email marketing and employer outreach. Additional assistance in planning and coordinating event logistics for quarter events.

* Utilize monthly reports to track coaching appointments and other important metrics and report to senior leaders.

* Occasional evening hours are required for special event support, as needed

Qualifications Required:

* Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.

* Ability to adapt and change with organizational needs.

* Ability to work in a professional manner both independently and with others.

* Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

* Accountable, organized self-starter

* Knowledge and/or strong interest in career services.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

* Knowledge of career management programs/systems such as Handshake as well as academic enrollment management software

Software Required:

MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
