Develops, plans and manages Facilities Planning and Development construction projects. Oversees all aspects of the project, working closely with all CW departments, vendors, suppliers, architects and engineers to develop plans and scope as well as to establish timeframes and budgets. This position has the responsibility to ensure project is completed on time and within budget.

  • Bachelor Degree in construction, technology or facilities management fields or 10 years' experience in a trade, project management or construction field.
  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local codes and ordinances as well as Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the duties of the job.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers, Microsoft products and other project style software.
  • Requires a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, ability to be insured by CHW carrier.
  • Experience with increasing responsibility and demonstrated success.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with leadership, design professionals, contractors, vendors and regulatory agencies.
  • Proven expertise in organizing, analyzing, interpreting and evaluating relevant data.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
