We are currently looking for a Maintenance Mechanic “A” to join our team.
The ideal candidate will perform complex duties and tasks (strong electrical skills a plus) related to service repair and general maintenance necessary to maintain the buildings, grounds, systems, and services.  Resolve problems, work with supervision in accordance with established safety procedures.
Overall Duties
  • Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and systems
  • Complete work orders for equipment and facility
  • Complete Preventive Maintenance for equipment and facility
  • Maintain spare parts inventory for equipment & facility
  • Ensure safe environment for all production personnel
  • Solve Problems
  • Follow established safety practices and protocol regarding guarding, LOTO, etc.

Equipment Maintenance Duties
  • Perform small and large maintenance tasks
  • Perform basic to complex electrical and mechanical repairs
  • Install basic to complex equipment
  • Manage outside contractors performing repair or maintenance tasks
  • Perform light fabrication
  • Monitor shop supplies (coolant, oils, etc…)
  • Adhere to established PM schedule and requirements.
Experience and Education:
  • High school diploma required. Technical school or technical training seminars desired.
  • 5+years of progressive A-Level Maintenance experience in a machine shop environment.
Requirements:
  • Able to life over 50 pounds, Pass physically requirements.
  • Must be able to drive a forklift exam
  • Have knowledge and ability to run CNC machines using the control panel.
