Job Description
We have an opening for a Process Engineer Trainee Position. We are offering to train you to be a Process Engineer. This position is a highly sought after position in the plastic injection molding industry. Your Training program will take approximately 3 to 5 years, This program is paid for by PMC. Successful completion of this program will open the door for earning you a six- figure income in 3 to 5 years. These courses are college level courses developed by professional educators. 

This is an onsite position reporting to our trainer. Your day will begin by you becoming a "shadow worker" while you will begin your day learning how to perform all the basics of how to set dies, handle materials, and develop molding processes. Some time during the training period your training program will also consist of taking lab courses through an off-site location for the RJG Inc Lab course work. Next your homework will consist of the full online courses for Paulson Training program which has been developed over the last 30 years by a professional educator. This is the course work by which you will learn what it takes to bring you up to the knowledge you will need to begin to earn that 6 figure income. 
As you go through the training your compensation will be reviewed and adjusted quarterly based on performance and acquired knowledge base. Advancement on learning and use of your knowledge will directly affect your wages. The faster you learn the faster your wages grow. 
During the interview process you will be required to take a mechanical and problem-solving test. You must fill out our application form in person before the interview. Background check will be performed on all applicants. 

****Must have a high school diploma and an insatiable desire to learn**** 
****Must be 18 years old minimum, have a valid Driver's license, Reliable means of transportation and be a US Citizen**** 
Physical Demands: 
•    Ability to walk/stand for 8 hours
•    Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, push and pull frequently.
•    Operate a fork lift (training provided.)

Work environment:
•    Work is performed onsite in a manufacturing environment.
•    Constant exposure to noise levels in excess of 85 dB in the manufacturing environment.
•    Safety glasses and hearing protection are required on the manufacturing floor.
•    May be exposed to water and oil on the floor.
