Installation and Repair of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Pumps. |

|

Complete basic Machinery repairs. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Demonstrate safe and proficient use of shop tools (both hand and power). |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Fix lights, water problems, and other building maintenance tasks. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Assist Manufacturing Engineering with developing equipment and tooling & utility rearrangement projects. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ability to do basic cleaning duties before or after assigned job as required. |

|

Ability to work flexible hours and or shift that is required. |
|
|
|

|

|

|
Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports. |

Preferred Technical Abilities we are looking for include: |

Competent in troubleshooting VFD’s (Variable Frequency Drives) |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot CNC Machines. |

|
|
|
|
Turret Press repair experience |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Press Brake operation and repair experience. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Laser operation or repair experience. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Basic knowledge of air compressor repair is preferred. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Knowledge of Hoists for operation, inspection, and repair. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Knowledge of HVAC systems a plus but not required. |
|
|
|
|
