Job Description

Thank you for reviewing our ad.  You have just discovered a fulfilling position with Competitive pay and flexible work schedule.

With this role you will be assisting an 18 yr old young man with Autism accomplish tasks hygiene practices, getting household chores down, arriving to work on time, completing homework assignments, studying skill techniques and more.  This young man enjoys all things scary and Halloween.  He absolutely loves horror movies, painting, drawing, watching YouTube and TIkTok videos.  He has a great sense of humor and can be on the inappropriate side with his jokes and conversation topics.  He also enjoys trying new recipes, trying new restaurants, swimming, hanging out with friends and playing games on his phone.  There will be situations where the client won't want to accomplish a daily task and you will need to have problem solving skills that are outside the box.  Critical thinking with a willingness to learn will make you successful at this position.  

This position is for someone that is a self-starter, great communication skills, patient and punctual.  You will not only feel a sense of accomplishment helping someone else succeed, but you are crucial to improving their quality of life. There will also be two dogs in the home, so being comfortable around dogs will be essential.   


**The right applicant will need to have a driver’s license, reliable transportation and car insurance.

PAY: $21/HR

HOURS:15 hours a week
SHIFTS: afternoon, evenings,  Friday-Sunday
