Posting Summary | The Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking one (1) instructor to gain expertise and leadership in the application, education, research, and administration of Emergency Ultrasound. The job responsibilities are as follows: 1.Assumes clinical responsibility for all patients under his/her medical care in the ED. 2.Fulfills clinical and administrative services as required to ensure timely, safe, and standard-of-care treatment of ED patients, including adherence to policies and procedures of University Hospital, the Department of Emergency Medicine, and all state and federal regulatory organizations impacting the institution. 3.Participates in formal resident, medical student, and faculty education as assigned by the ED Chair and/or Fellowship Director. |

Minimum Education and Experience | Graduated in good standing from an accredited PGY1-4 Emergency Medicine residency. Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Emergency Medicine board eligibility. |
