***EXCELLENT LOCAL OPPORTUNITY ***
MARS Solutions Group in Milwaukee is looking for an experienced A/V Technician for a prominent client in the downtown Milwaukee area.
The position is onsite Monday - Friday
Free lunch in the corporate cafeteria every day!
Pay is negotiable!
Long term contract to potential hire!
Under the direction of the meeting experience operations manager, will assist in the decommissioning, installation & management of AV systems projects to achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
Requirements
• Proficient with networking technologies and understanding of core network and firewall concepts• Ability to do physical equipment installation and cabling
• Assists in the planning, staging, testing, and moving equipment as dictated by work needs
• Troubleshooting end to end call issues and voicemail; resolve technical issues and triaging more complex issues as needed
• Ability to setup, test, calibrate and commission meeting room
• Troubleshooting audio/visual systems in high pressure situations
• Knowledge on Incident and service request management tools
• Daily monitor conferencing room, creating support incidents where appropriate and fixing issues to create the optimal client experience
• Troubleshoot conferencing aesthetics (lighting, sound, webcams) and can coach users on resolving any occurring issues and best practice
• Partner with members of the information security, network, Active Directory, and EndPoint teams to ensure our AV set ups are in line with organizational requirements.
• Assist meetings experience team with project tasks as assigned; participate in team and project meetings
• Proficient with networking technologies and understanding of core network and firewall concepts
